Today, our Can't Sell, Won't Sell proofs arrived from Createspace in Charlotte (10 days from order). It looks good, albeit with some shipping damage to the corner :(
We're going to be proofing this shortly, with a view to going on sale at £4.99/ $6.99 asap. The eBook version will remain free via iTunes/ Createspace (and Amazon if they ever price match!)
